Cluster Leader Role

Description

This role is for those who have completed 6 years as a House Church (HC) leader and have a heart for pastoral care and building relationships. As a Cluster Leader, you will support and guide HC leaders by sharing your experience and offering mentorship.

You will walk alongside HC leaders, providing encouragement and practical advice. You’ll also visit the house churches in your cluster, gaining insight into their challenges and helping them grow spiritually.

Requirements

  1. Completed 6 years as a House Church leader.
  2. Strong pastoral and relational skills.

Role

Support and guide HC leaders.

Expectations

  • Oversee 2-3 house churches.
  • Meet with each HC at least 3 times a year.
  • Meet in person with each HC leader at least once.
  • Visit house churches in your cluster.
  • Organize a group gathering for all HC leaders in your cluster.
  • Stay in touch with HC leaders via video or phone calls.
  • Attend the following meetings:
    • HC Leader Meetings (3 times a year, including the Sunday before the HC term starts).
    • Cluster Leader Meeting (once a year at the start of the HC season).
